I am noticing now that the new lowest buff level using the best resources at master Dr level is just above 500 now. It never use to drop below 600 now its going below 600 and barley above 500 for me a few times.. What the hell is going on. This reminds me of beta when things didnt get fixed they degraded until they were unsable. I am betting this is going to happen here.

What is the Power of your enhance packs ?

My packs range from 730-930 power and I have NEVER buffed below 800.

That should be technically impossible unless your target (or yourself I believe) have very high battle fatigue. I can't remember the last time I buffed for below 1000 and I don't know if I even can anymore.

This is something I am so unclear on! Does your own BF have any affect on healing anyone besides yourself? I never get messages that tell me that my battle fatigue lessens the power of my healing effectiveness when I am healing someone else who has no battle fatigue.

I think us Docs, and our patients, have become superstitious. I had a guy tip me an extra 2k for buffsif I would put a new battery in my medical droid first! Another guy insisted that I should buff all secondary stats first and then buff the pool stats, since the larger secondaries should help the buff of the pools. Another one insisted that healing his wounds first yielded better buff results.

My experience has shown that NOTHING other than the target's BF, the medical rating of the droid, the quality of my buff packs, and +25 wound treatment clothing, has any affect whatsoever on the outcome of a buff.

Am I wrong? I'm sorry if you consider this as hijacking your thread. :-(

Bf is one of the great undocumented wonders of the game.

If you have BF and you heal.. the mind cost of the heal is bumped up a little bit (more w/ more BF). This is true of all actions that use HAM in the game). Dunno about the actual heals.

Just OOC was this buffing yourself? I've noticed that my personal buffs are always much lower. I will occasionally still hit a 3000 once in 2 or 3 runs of buffing but if I buff somone else i hit 3000 at least 2 times almost always.

My average personal buff is probably around 1400 - 2000. my average buff on another player is 2000 - 3000+ and I don't have wounds or BF.

I could just be totally off and I'm paying more attention to my own buffs since they will affect me but I think it is a bit more then that. Dunno just thoughtI would ask
