I'm on gorath, but as a Doc, I personally wouldn't buy them, when I could just get them myself....but thats just me. Not very helpfull for your question and I appologize for that.

Been round th **edit** Janta caves 3 times, looted all the bits and not got a vial once!! im i just unlucky then or do they spawn elsewhere??

LOL I dont know about being unlukcy but htis is the first bit of what I call "Uber"loot for me. I got 3 vials from one guy. BUT it took the help of 8 of my guildies. LOL

So I Am pretty happy.

As far as not helping because you can get them yourself that does help. Cause we all know someone that does have combat. Me I decided to master Combat Medic as well As Doc. So if a fly landed on me I couldnt hurt it. LOL

Think that either 1) they dont drop janta blood in that stornghold 2) they are super rare. I soloed the entire stronghold (so i know I got all the loot) about 6 times, and got 1 blood, not even enough for 1 buff pack /cry
