I have both a med droid and a crafting droid each with a 35 medical rating. Would it be worth getting ones with higher values? Is it possible to get one that does both?

Yes (max is 95), and yes (many models can have two modules).

I have a R2 droid that has a 110 med capability muhahahaha I thaught the max was 95 too.
