I have recently begun my journey into the world of the doctor. I would like as much help as possible.

Everything from how crafting works and what works best. What tools work well and combinations of resources. As a primarily combat individual i know NOTHING about crafting. I have how ever been stocking up on a numerous amount of resources. But as i said i have no idea what the stats mean. I dont even know how factories work lol. Do factories all have the same ability to produce or are they like crafting stations.

Also if anyone from the Kettemoor server could let me know of good resource places as well as places to buy the tools needed to make effective materials. thank you.

also...i am currently a novice medic lol...so any ideas on a good, fast way to dring up to doc would be helpful

I dont have that much time to write a guide right now, so I'll tell ya how to lvl master medic in under 4 hours. It took me around 3 days to get from novice medic to master doctor after my holocron told me to master doctor.

What you need:
-4 food and chem crafting tools
-5-10k organic
-5-10k inorganic
-crate of 25 heal health med packs B's

What I did for med xp:
when I was lvl'ing medic and doctor I had 1 graul, 2 GSP and 2 bloodseeker mites. I would have a commando set them on fire, which would result in black bars to their health. You can heal pet wounds for full med xp. I just set a macro so I'd keep using a health med pack every 30 or so seconds and went afk for 20-30 mins at a time. you are a CH (I'm not sure how advanced), so you should be able to copy this tactic in some way or another.

Crafting:
I copied a 4 crafting tool macro from these forums and edited it si it would accomidate 6 crafting tools. For organic chemistry I ground with bio effect controlers. And for doc chemistry I ground with adv bio effect controlers. The docter chemistry is a little tricky because you need flora and chem harvs at your disposal (need 25k of lokian wheat and 25k of tatooine fiberplast to lvl doc chem 1-4)

Other methods:
-have a freind tumble to kneeling for a day or two and sit there hiting him with stims
-sit in the med center for about a month waiting for ppl to come in with actual wounds
-once you get to x/4/x/x you can rez ppl. So you can db and rez someone for around 3 hours to master all med xp requirements in doc (I did this for wounds speed 3 and 4)

This may be redundant info for you, and if it is, I apologize.

When I first took up Doctor, I found a LOT of VERY helpful information just by conducting an Advanced Search in this forum for the words "grind", "craft", and "macro" (separate searches). You'll pull up some very informative threads that should help you along. You could even make them float at the top of this forum for quick reference.

i also plan to do this, however i have found no resource more valuable than making ingame contacts...or just having actualy people to ask things....also..some of the grind techniques may have been hindered due to recent patches...so fresh info is what i seek

I am actually no sure how else to do this. once you reach x/4/x/x in doc you can simply buy a crate of rez packs and db, rez, db, rez, db, rez, db ,rez, etc... To get there will be tricky for you. I suggest finding a freind who is willing to use the tumble to kneeling macro while not online. Both of you can set macros so he will keep tumbling and you will keep stiming him (I suggest putting a decent timer on your stiming, otherwise you will waste alot). It might be possible to heal someone elses pet, but its gonna be hard to find someone willing to set their pet on fire and then sit there for a few hours while you heal them gl to ya

however..i guess i neglected to mention that my doc will be on a separate acount. meaning he will not have pets to do this with...if there are nay other tips you could provide pls let me know. but your information has been of GREAT service. thank you.

what i think is goin to work best for me is this...

blackbarring a pet...action and health.

then the person can log...but have there pet stay online..i know this is possible bc ive left my pets online for several hours at a time.
