if i only have Master Wound Treatment and Master Medicine Knowledge only.

I can't seems to get it to heal myself or my buddy.

No error msg is shown too.

I believe you get the ability to use Cure Poison Pack A, after completing Novice Doctor. Not positive about that though....

You get to cure poison and disease when you go up through the Wound Treatment Speed branch of Doctor, I think at Treatment Speed 2, you cure poison and and Master Wound Treatment Speed, you can cure disease.
