What would be a good guideline on sub comps for Stims as far as Charges, Heals, etc, etc when it comes to fully experimentedparts, i.e.Adv LS, Adv BEC, Adv CRDM?

Also what affects what when making parts? Or more clearly, what parts affect how much a stim heals per use and what affects how many charges a stim will have?
