Used to be able to buff and heal wounds with him around, now I have ot be in a campsite or hospital, anyone know what happened?

I had an issue like that last night. Recharged the droid and I had no problems.

I recharged him twice, but what concerns me is the message I'm getting when I try. "you must be in a hospital or campsite to do that, when it use to say you must be in a hospital, campsite, or near a surgical droid. The message has changed

Generally this is either an issue with charging the droid or you are trying to wound heal (or buff) in a public building that is not a med center. Remember that you can't wound heal in cantinas (except the duel med center/cantinas in some outposts), cloning centers, starports (indoors), etc even if you have a droid out.
