I keep reading conflicting posts in the combat areas.
Time to get some rock bottom answers.
AS far as doctor skills go, from a stand point of playing and fun. How would the following rate in PvP duel/PvP team/PvE. 4000 Doc verse 0004. Will healing always be king down the road or over time will having the buff skills become better?
My toon is wearing a +25 aug/+25 healing effect piece of clothing...does this provide main enhancement or can I go beyond this. +25 is the cap...correct?
I know its best to drink Ruby and use great stim D's for 30 second heals...any other advice?
I am enjoying the the CU, but Doc is a new area for me. My main skills are Master Pike/Master TK. I am not trying to create the uber FOTM template. I like the buffing solo idea of Doc...I mainly am into it for fun.
Thank you for your time!

/bactaInfusion ( Doc 4000 ) is a magnificant ability. Heal over Time. It allows you to drop the heal, and be busy doing other things whileit keeps adding health to you.
For me, the choice would be simple. I'd rather be auto-healing with BI ( using a looping macro, so it stays up ), then have the paltry 10% bonuses to regeneration of various abilities.

Ok, so if I alter to 4000, what is a good macro loop that will not cause me headaches when dueling or adventuring? Plus with this loop running, could I still use a ruby & stim d? Heavy healing does seem sweet unless new buffs or better buffs come along? Seems you can pop food to do the buff job and use the super healing skill to keep you alive. Hmmmmm, my +40 speed buff is cool too. Need to decide.
