Okay...maybe I'm just behind on the gossip, but I just read that there is a cybernetic arm that grants the ability to Revive. You know...I could live with the fact Jedi can heal wounds x10 better than us, I could live with the fact buffs suck, but now anyone can Revive as long as they undergo some little quest?! I had to take a master box to get revive.

There is now nothing special to doctors, nothing that sets us apart and makes it worthwhile to be a doctor.

I may have to respec tonight. I've got nothing more to offer as a doc that someone else can't do better or cheaper.

YEP... this is true... the better cybernetics allow for this 'cyber-revive' i think... just another way of killing the Doctor profession...

sad thing is.. we were treated this bad when the game first launched...seems like they once again feel we are not worth improving.

It's still a skill that should take 99 SP not 1 cibernetic arm.

Once the devs through the corr declared that you would need at least Novice medic to use stims and that was never gonna change.

Wow never came fast.

hahaha now why dont we just give people and especially retard jedis a I win button.. ressurect every 30 minutes.. Just plain wrong. I could agree if it was as the hero of tatooine ring and a limited use..

I'm not doctor but mcm and feels alot like healer professions are a secondclass choice after jedi healers with their stupid heals. I dont mind them beeing good healers at master level but they can heal so much it makes you laugh at the stupidity.

Baaah I'm so tired of all the jedi wannabees it makes me want to cry

They should be rare, it should be hard to become one (ooh and grinding isnt hard so dont even go there), and learning the jedi stupid ways should be painfully annoyingly tedious so everyone and their dog cant be one. But on the other hand I do understand why people want to go jedi if they have done it all.. but now you need 1 day of badge fetching and off you go to the road of jedi.

This is the Doctors Forum, not an "I hate Jedi" forum. This topic has NOTHING to do with Jedi, but everything to do on how MY (and other doctors) are being screwed. IF you don't like Jedi, that is your right, but stay off our forums, because all it shows is how much of a noob you are!

I've seen is posted a million times and I'll agree with it... This is Star Wars, this is not "Our Space Army At War"... Jedi are apart of the Star Wars Universe... DEAL WITH IT! (and NO, I'm NOT a Jedi - I'm a Master Doc, and Master ID - I have no Jedi, and no desire to be one). The other best quote I've seen regarding the "timeline-geeks" is "We've been living the same day (like "Groundhog Day" movie) for almost 2 years. There is no 'timeline' so get over it"

I have to agree with that. I've been here for close to 2 years. Started on Sunrunner (Master Doc, Master BE) and now on Intrepid (Sunrunner was dead for a long while). Nothing has CHANGED in the game! Every "major" character is in the same place, saying the same things... The "timeline" has not advanced a bit.

Are there too many Jedi? To be honest? I never noticed because I play MY GAME, and I don't give a crap what others are doing, as long as they are not bothering me when they do it.

The SOE Devs may have made getting Jedi too easy (well, we KNOW they did) but many of THEM are the best "customers" I have, and are the most deadicated players!

My problem is with the fact that they screwed Docs, this is the DOCTORS Forum, so please, post your profession-hate-mongering elsewhere! Unless you have a problem or solution for DOCTORS... Go away!

Well I might have gotten carried away abit. but there is alot in there that speaks for the healer class and about the stupidity of the revive arm. And jedi heal crap will ruin your precious doctor profession once even more get to tard jedi. So even if it might not be the post to post it it still has ton of effect on your doctor.

Oh and I should read the full posts before replying to.

If you have not noticed any jedis you dont even look. And Jedi's come and wave their hands in my business all the time with their 1500 hp heals every 2 seconds or whatever all the time in caverns since the cu.. And I end up worthless cause I cant even come close to that kind of heal that fast. Not even remotly close (in heal speed) with master medic, master doctor and master combat medic template.

Seriously.. this has turned into a dumb profession. (man am I ever on rant today)

As of tonight I think I'm gonna respec just enough doctor to keep bacta infusion and combat speed buff... then sionara to the doc profession otherwise.
