Nope.

Augmentation only effects buff duration, you will get 1 or 2 minutes more on buff duration.

Any point in investing in Augmentation Efficency tapes?

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

thay are bugged, augmentation anyways...

i just just got a whole bunch of BE clothes that have Aug and cure bonus, but the aug don't work, you only get the cure bonus....

bought a set BE clothing with +25 aug on it and my buffs only increased for another min..so with my med droid and BE clothing I can buff for about 46 min spd buff about 17 min

I would worry more about healing efficency and curing then aug until SoE has all the kinks worked out with Docs.

is this true...my reading says the augmentation is uncapped. So if you are getting an increase wouldn't +100 then increase it even more? I know a little unlikely, just wondering if you all hear this is true as well...(trying to find at least 1 reason to keep doc)

Maybe the augmentation skill amount you can have is unlimited, I dont know about that - but even if so, you can still only get +25 from clothing.
