Yes, charges on ABECs got nerfed, along with power on ALS - but thats not really a problem.
Docs will use up the old components they have currently, and then the stats on Instant Stim-Ds will drop by about 100 power / 15 charges. This is no problem since the Stims do not have to compete with other products (there is no substitution for stims), and docs who stocked up on pre-CU ALS and ABEC will run out of them eventually.
The resource requirements for post-CU Instant Stim-D are the same as for pre-CU Stim-E, and with more herbivore meat dropping per critter on average and no change in harvestor extraction rates, I dont see their manufacturing cost going up.

I think the goal with the CU is to lessen the dependancy on stims and increase the dependancy of grouping (with a doctor in your group).

Stims are very important since one shot can heal up to 1200 pts. No doc will ever have that ability.

I had to make the switch to post cu components and i dropped my price per stim to 5500 from 6000 since i felt guilty about the 10 use loss.

But, I do not think it matters, as soon as the other pre cu components are used up, we will all have the same product again and the prices will stabilize probably to back around the 6-8k mark i guess.

don't worry about charging the same price, screw what everyone thinks, med vendors have all but disappeared, its a premium to get a stim now, (take away my buffs, i charge 6k a stim, ha)

So it seems that they have nerfed sub comps...the best exp i can get out of my 12pt doc is a 5 use abec... so if u want to keep the power up u have to kill the uses per stim or buff. I am using up the last of my pre nerf ABEC's when they run dry how am i supposed to tell peeps that my stims are are going to be half the amount of uses but still take the same amount of comps...so cost the same.

Another problem i see, with the uses being gone we are going to need alot more comps when crafting...meaning that material will be harder and harder to come by in the future. What does that mean...u guessed it stims getting even more expensive...

When it gets to the point of a 1200 pwr stim D costing close to 50k per kit...then nobody is going to heal anymore...cheaper to clone lol

Or have i missed something completely on my doc exp. If i am missing something plz help i need answers...

Thanks for any info anyone would like to share.

I don't use stims (Master Doc - dan't need them) but the resource availability for crafting really shouldn't be a problem.

Since the CU, for example, Kaadu drop around 300 Avian each on a L80 mission as opposed to the 35 they used to drop. The meats were always the hard part to get before, and now you can get them a lot faster.

We used to have to hunt for hours to get enough meats for the buffpacks since the other Docs were paying 100cpu for the meat *grins*

The other resources were never that rare really - you just need plenty of harvesters or a subcontractor like we used (4cpu for in shift resources).

I see them going up for my shop. Before cu I never used ACR for my stims. That way they were not the high end for PvP, but with all other ingredients being premium only they were way good enough (Bs were over 400 for example). And without the need for herbivore meat in them they were cheap and fast to produce. So I had 5 factories running 24/7 to keep up with demand (I charged 1.5k each for those Bs for example).
Now after cu I am forced to use Advanced components only in my Ds, and I never had time nor the wish to collect or buy herbivore meat. I still don´t have the time to collect, so now I have to buy which would sky rocket my prices. My niche I found before cu is gone now. I did not produce any new at all because of this, and maybe I will never again do, I don't know yet.

You should be able to use CRDMs in ACRDM slots. You still can produce veggie stims, you dont need herbivore meat.
