Thread: What am I doing wrong b/c my buff power stinks?
I'm using the following ingredients and am only getting 775-800 power:
adv BEF 21/12
adv SDS 73
adv CRDM 65
avian meat oq771/pe574/dr939 (best on the server right now)
known reactive gas oq958/dr285
I keep seeing buffs for 2200+ meanwhile mine hit for only 1900 for 2hrs 55min. What gives?
I have +25clothes and a buff bot.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It iswithout adoubtthe Avian Meat. The Reactive Gas and the Avian Meat are by far the most important factors in determining the power of your buff packs. All of your components are good, and the Reactive Gas is certainly sufficient.
I should add the DR on the gas is a little bit low, but that has no affect on the actual power of the packs and that is what your question was mainly referring to.

The avian meat is your major factor, but if you will eat bivoli tempari you should add about 200 to your buffs.

I agree with him! its the avain ....its not the best on the server...have you been to dathomir recently?? OQ 992 there.
Yep.....I like the stuff on Yavin even better. 892 OQ 948 OQ and 486 DR
Fully agree. Too many people think that unless they are buffing for 2500 all the time, everytime, then something is "wrong." Dont drive yourslef nuts striving for absolute perfection, when average will work just fine.

Bahhh.
Stick with the buff you have and go do something fun. With a 1.9k buff you can put your armor on and do just about any thing you could have done with a 2.5k buff.
I'll look into some higher decay gas as well.
Also is the hi oq avian meat on dath you referred to new? I cant seem to find anything higher then tat avian now. I went to dath a few days ago and the avian meat from rept fliers sucked.
Thanks again all!

Thanks for all the responses they confirmed that it is indeed the avian meat. My action buffs hit for over 2200 and i guess thats b/c i didnt have to use avian and used really hi quality and hi pe greens for organic resources.

First of all I agree with your results, I use similar ingredients and yet I cant get above like 850...
BUT! 1 thing i noticed about your list is, i dont see any Bivoli Tempari chef food....
And what is your droids (buff bot as you call it) medical rating??? (it needs to be 110) and charged with batteries...
Also, look for the stickied buff calculator in these threads...
