Soon after the game went live, one of the servers had similar stats on a Radioactive resource. Imagine if you put the two of them together as organic/inorganic!

I don't think PE matters on the inorganic side. i've tried 998 oq metal and 992 oq 145 PE Radioactive and the diff was slight at best.

The Charges seem to matter on inorganic though.

For the inorganic, it's based on the unit toughness.

PE on the inorganic does matter if it is present. If the inorganic has no PE, it just uses the PE of the organic.
