I have a few questions about BE Clothing…and buff packs
Currently have a +16 wound/injury treatment pants and +16 wound/injury treatment shirt…now for the question…do they stack if I wear them together and do they stack for the full +32 or does it cap at +25?

For the buff packs….I am pretty new to MD (mastered yesterday) and made my first buffs….they can out with power 869 and duration like 12400ish….now the question is…are they any good, powerwise? Havent really checked on the power on any other packs out there…so I figured Ill ask here beforehand.

869/12k is a solid buff pack, in my opinion. That's about +2300/3.5 hours, if you've got bivoli/clothes/110 droid.

+25 is the highest you can go with clothes. the +16 won't add anything else. best just to keep it around in case anything happens to your +25. I believe that is with all professions/mods. they only go up to 25.

btw. what is the med use and how many uses on your packs? those are really good you should be proud of yourself!

Med use is 92 and uses are around 26-28. Btw, I have read a lot of posts where people are saying they have like 12 experiment points etc...I only have 10 and wondering a bit. Granted, I only have a apron with +5 med assembl and +5 medicine experimentation...would that be why I only haave 10 points?

What governs how many experimentation points one has is the 'experimentation mod', in this case medicine experimentation. MD's get +100 medicine experimentation, so for each +10 you get 1 experimentation point for a total of 10 points.
People get 11 and 12 experimentation points by using the apron you have, and also looted clothes or SEAs that have the +medicine experimentation mod. Since any skill mod is capped at +25 over what is normally gotten (so for instance +125 medicine experimentation for MD's), that's the maximum number of points one can experiment with. Wearing your apron, you only have +105 medicine experimentation, which isn't enough for the next point yet. Reaching +110 and +120 will give you the extra two points.
(Assembly just helps reduce crit fails during the initial combine, by the way.)
