Thread: Race question...please help

I already posted this message on the Sunrunner boards but I thought I would put it here seeying that I'm planning on becoming a Master Doctor and get some input from people who actually are one 
I'm currently Zabrak (sp?) and I would like to have more mind/focus but I think I can't get more than 900 mind and500 focus max. I'm working on becoming Master Doctor so I can buff my guild matesfor when we go fighting.I am wearing sliced composite armor and I can only wear everything from that armor when I am buffed and then drink Brandy...twice actually. Should I just reroll and go with human or something else with better mind/focus stats? Only problem I have with this is that I am already at 2/3/2/4 in my Doctor profession. I would really appreciate any kind of advice which you veterans can give me...thx!

I used to have a twi lek doc. Deleted her and went doc with a human instead, I haven't regretted once.

It sucks when you have an investment in skills, but if you feel that is the way you want to go, I would re-roll and go human or mon.. If you wanted to use the same name though you will have to change it slightly as deleting a character does not remove the name from the system..
Unless they changed it of course

Just to put in my 2 credits...
I'm a Bothan MD and have been for quite a while. I have never really had all that much of an issue with my natural caps. Sure there's a little bit of a disadvantage, but especially with all the new foods, the disadvantage seems pretty slight (to me anyway). But although I do PvP with some frequency, I recognize that I am far from having it down to a science.
Bottom Line: if you are planning on trying to be an "uber" doc, and squeeze every last bit of performance out of your stats, then reroll. Otherwise, just revel in your Zabrak, erm, horn...ed...ness.

I often doubt my human player when I am hunting, and want to change him to another race like Zabrak lol. But I just stick with it, its fun when its harder to do things and everything requires abit more work IMO

I started the Doc profession as a Zabrak, but i still did alot of PvP. Rerolled human, and put my mind at 1000, focus at 1100, and Willpower at 900. Left all my other stats at 400. Its nice being able to wear armor and not having to pop food for my head, just need a buff and good to go.

Pfft! Mon Cals man! Not as much willpower as a Zabrak, but the massive focus and mind pool makes up for that in my opinion!
