Docs use herbivore meat and avian meat. Both with high OQ and PE is what to look for.

This site tells you which resources are current on which server

http://swgcraft.com/currentresources.php

This site filters those resources as they pertain to medics, docs and combat medics

http://www.iootnega.com/medresources/default.asp

Finally this site tells you which creatures on which planets drop which type of organic resource

http://www.swgcreatures.com/advancedsearch.asp

For example. Using swgcraft.com you see that there is a very high OQ, PE meat on a particular planet currently on your server. You then use the iootnega.com site to see if this meat can be used by medics. If it can be used by medics you then use swgcreatures.com to see which mobs on that planet drop the meat you want to hunt.

This also works for any organics not just docs. I know for certain that medics use herbivore meat, docs use avian meat, combat medics use insect meat, chefs use carnivore meat and armorsmiths use wooley hide and leathery hide.

FYI if you ever find a good avian meat, herbivore meat or wooley hide mine the snot out of it. (Wooly hide is used in composite armor)

Just to clarify - my little "hunting list" (link below) is taken from exactly this source - I've simply printed it out (3 pages) and keep a hard copy in my "SWG Bits & Bobs" folder

Also watch your server's trade board, there are almost always docs advertising on there to buy current meat. They will usually let you know where the best stuff is..
