Thread: Component stats...

Hey people. I am just trying to figure out what I am looking for in the stats of the components. I am working up medic to doc for second time and never really worked out how to make the good stims. This time I intend to keep doc and want to be able to make good stims, buffs, rez packs, etc. just dont know what stats to look for. Any help would be great. Thanx for your time

ABEC - 10-13ish power, 20+ charges is good

ACRDM - 50-60s is pretty good

CRDM - I max at 18 on those

SDS - 60s+ is very good

LS - 160+ is great


I always use straight CRDMs in my stims and secondary would packs

Use ACDRM for H/A wound packs and Buff packs

Gibban,


Most docs use CRDM rather than ACRDM to make bulk stim B's. This saves on Herb meat costs. The extra 40ish power is only about a 10% loss in power but can be a 25% savings in costs since most herb meat is much more expensive than any of the other resouces that are in a Stim B.


Also, It is hard to collect enough of the same tipe of herb meat to make a full ACRDM schem run.

These numbers are pretty much bare minimum to get good products. though I would say use acrdm's never heard of using regulars. The biggest difficulty is finding the resources with good OQ PE UT on the various items to get the good numbers. On starsider lately resources have been crappy.

I would think it would be very difficult to get above 400 base on the stim b doing that. and I wont even make them unless there a minimum of 40/400.

Thats good, I guess it would depend on the other two components though. Problem for me is that all the recources on starsider suck right now.

You are getting 408 on a stim b w/o maxing the effectiveness line?

I was maxing the effectiveness on the final product. The extra experimentation point can get me more power on the ABEC though. Experimenting one point at a time, I can get 2 more power. If I play around till I get a 7-point amazing success, I can get 3 more power, possibly 4 more but it's not really that important to waste a lot of time on it.
