Except Rez kits, just shoot for charges since the extra 40 heal or whatever won't really be that big of a deal.

quick question does power have any effect on state packs? I pretty sure it does for disease and poisons.

yea, anytime you get the option to increase power....do it. but in my total experience..not matter what the power..if a master doctor is using it...it will work on first try give it...poisons, diseases, harmful states, etc etc

yea, i agree with kofee, rez kits really dont matter. they easy to make.
