I was thinking of becoming a Doc and then this question hit me. ^^^^^^^

So is it possible or is it like Image Designers and not being able to migrate their own stats?

Yes Docs can buff themselves

Yes they can.

Musicians and Dancers cannot buff themselves though.

Short answer? The devs hate entertainers. Ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration, but name me another gameplay style that has been utterly destroyed by holo-madness, AFK, and recursive macros? (all put in the game's design by the devs)

Technical Answer? The devs can't seem to figure out a way to allow musicians to "self-listen" or dancers to "self-watch" (since entertainer buffs are based on these principles. Related note: entertainers' buffing interface is non-existent. If we simply got a system message (like docs do) saying "you enhanced XXX's willpower by 450", it'd be a huge step in the right direction.

Bull Answer? See a previous 19 Questions answer list. Some crap about "getting double experience"?!?!?

Check out the buff threads on the musician forum sometime (I'm sure there's some on the dancer forum too, but I don't usually lurk that one ).

yeah i was always accidentally buffing myself when i finally mastered doc buffing in front of the coronet starport

un-target means self!!
