Yep, kind of mad, because when I crafted my packs today...they sucked. This struck me kind of hard, I've been a doc long enough to know why your buffs suck and why they don't. This time, I didn't know why. I used 21/15 ABEC's, 64 power ACRDM, and 69 power ASD. So I whip out these components (note, the same components I used to make 870/11000++ buff packs), my Skevon (same skevon), and my Avian meat. Ahah! FishPaste, your problem is the Avian meat of course. Sadly I wish it were so. I had these two avian meats in my inv.

Iecebe

DR: 60 (yeah, I know)

PE: 465

OQ: 787

Astesti

DR: 535

PE: 336

OQ: 839

Btw, my skevon was:

DR: 637

OQ: 941

I used these as my base resources with those components and made *Classic bumbumbum* 780 power buff packs,I even hit+17-18% on the roll,I don't even care how long they lasted, I saw this and I was just Mad. Can any of you shed some light as to why these packs turned out so rotten.

seem's to me the PE brought it down, unless something was up with your components

Yes, you might be right, the PE is kind of low.

PE is double on enhance packs, so anything under 700 is gonna kill you.

I'm amazed that you even hit 780. I have a formula I got from these forums to determine what the maximum power will be on my buffs. It says that buff power will be:

40+ ABEC Power + ACRDM Power + ASDS Power +the product of

(Av OQ + Av PE + Gas OQ) x .25333

This has always worked 100% for me in determining exactly what my buff power will be. But I put in your resources and I get a max power of 750, and that was with the Iecebe. I got a max of 730 with the Astesti. So either the stats you provided are wrong, or I don't know what. I've never had any variance in my crafting from what this formula predicts.

When it comes to the Avian meat and Reactive Gas, each 100 of OQ or PE contributes 25 points of power to the final product.

this formula seems to be +40 more than my packs are when I craft..Maybe I have read something wrong?

Really? I've only run it on 3 different recipes, but it worked each time.

What are your resource stats?

Gas OQ 994

avian OQ 670 PE 847

ABEC power 12

ACRDM 63

ADSD 68

My formula is giving me 818

40+12+63+68 = 183

(994+670+842) x .25333 = 635

635 + 183 = 818

Is this what you're getting, or are you getting something else?

Any chance the formulas would be different on different servers?
