I was thinking about having a VIP line in addition to the regular lineup. The VIP's buy a weekly "pass" for lets say.. 50K. That allows them to move into the second line when buffs are needed. You would then do 2 (or even 3) VIP's for every 1 regular. I would of course keep track of the current membership list and email those who's VIP staus is coming to an end. That way they could then bank tip me the cost to keep their membership current.
What do you guys think? Good residual income from loyal customers

For me it would be too much effort. I have a hard time trying to keep up with one line

With havla you could fairly easily keep up with 2 lines. I like the idea of the 'weekly pass' however some people might prefer to go with regular buff lines as you might not always be on or they could be worried about being scammed.

I've done something similar only i don't charge for the VIP line. It's for my friends and guild mates (small guild thankfully
) Other line is for regular customers. VIP's usually get bumped to second in line when they request a buff. If there's more than one VIP then every second round of buffing goes to a VIP.
I wouldn't want to do a weekly pass thing because it's an open door for whining and moaning by people who aren't around when your buffing or feel that they haven't got their 50k worth of buffs. I wouldn't want to deal with that. I also don't want to feel obligated to buff anyone beyond the hour or hour and a half I decide to hang out my sign. The rest of my time I want to be able to do what I want, not be "on call" for who ever signs up for VIP.
