I'm sure there're stronger. I need to get an amazing success on item assembly to max out the materials... I maxed out the power on the item on a great success. I wish I had some flowers with 700+ PE. 
I guess I made it for bragging rights against the next CM that picks a fight with me.
Cost me about 65k to make since I had to use Janta blood. My normal poison kits cure a 1100+pt tick. I should hit 600 shortly.

I may be mistaken, but I believe flowers along with lokian wild wheat and herbivore meat are all capped at 700 PE.

Good lord! What was the power on the resources/Janta? you used for that / great success or amazing success.
In answer to the question concerning the tick... Power x 2 appears to workin thedamage done by a CM's poison. Power of the cure seems to work the same way. So if I have a 600pt kit, I can cure a 1200pt mind tick poison, because a 600power poison ticks for 1200.

Great/amazing assembly will net you probably no difference, damn decimals.
I'm pretty sure I can make a 1000 power poison heal, if I feel like it, I have some 275+ power janta blood laying around.
Remember, the only way to fully realize (again except the damn decimals) the difference between an amazing and a great success is to experiment 7 points at once, a la the abec.
Great = 7% improvement (until cap)
Amazing = 8% improvement (until cap)
So therefore a 7 pt amazing is like getting an extra point.
Besides, I'm sure you maxed the effectiveness line on your experimentation right, so you reached the limit of the resources and components you used, and an amazing assembly wouldn't change that anyway.

That means 80% from the best you can make period, not 80% of the best you can make from the resources you used.

But it wasn't the full extent of the materials. I think it was some 80% of the materials or something. I only had a 150 power Janta blood, though, but I've seen items have more of an experimental range if they're assembled with an amazing success as opposed to great, and then items are generally weaker in experimental range if they're "good" or "a success".
Time to go kill some Jantas.

I am SO glad that we can now see the stats on our cure packs. For the longest time people told me that they had no stats so people just made them with junk resources, only to have them need 3-4 applications to remove a really strong poison or disease.
