Thread: Has anyone buffed higher than 1415 in a single buff?

I haven't been able to break 1500 on a buff i want to know if it's possible

I hit a friend of mine for a bit over 1900 with an Enchance Action D... I've only managed to get up around 1700 since then.

is this using normal BEC/CRDM/SDM or the Adv versions? the adv versions should help you break the 2k barrier assuming your using VHQ resources (960+ OQ).

I've hit over 1600 a couple times on action maybe 1300 or so on health. I still get the crappy ones everonce and awhile for like 700-900. I hate that

that is using regular components. I didn't want to try with adv stuff till I was sure there wasn't a cap in place

i havent actually been able to made the adv subs yet since until recently i havent been able to find any decent specific org/inorgs to make the adv subs. i imagine you can break the 2k barrier using adv subs, since during beta a master doc was hitting in the 2k with buffs. hopefully within the next week i can do some testing with the adv subs. currently i am testing with vhq stuff and making action buffs around 1300-1600 with around 7856 sec duration. been playing with charges to see how high i can get the duration to. currently i can get it to 130mins so far but this is only using some very rareify steel (989oq and the other stats in the 970+ range) and using some decent 960+ OQ corellia xeda seeds/fiberplast.

I cannot reliably get over 1700 in a buff, but I have broken 2k. They really need to do something about variance for heals and buffs...spending 10 minutes buffing your group and getting your results scattered between 700 and 2.1k is just not right.

Yah, I've done over 2000 on an action enhance. The health one is a bit harder because you need to be lucky and your server needs to have a high quality reactive gas.
And, yeah, the randomness sucks. Needs to be some system to remove an enhance and replace it with another one. Not to mention all the other bugs associated with it, lol. I don't even bother with 'em anymore really, except for myself.

the reason the buffs are flaky is do to server lines. if you cross over from one server zone of control to another the buffs will go poof. had one person buffed that lasted all of 5 mins due to him going to another location and another person that i was sampling with the buff lasted the full 2hrs since we never moved from the spot i buffed him at.

For the record adv components made out of horrible materials still destroy regular ones made out of the best stuff you can find. I've got every doctor adv component except the solid shell 'cause I can't find dolovite iron. Still two planets to check so we shall see. I saw last week a master doctor buff for over 2K so I know it's possible. One thing people who are looking at getting longer duration versus more powerful need to check is that OQ is only 25% of the duration there are other material stats that are just as important.
