Hi Everyone,

Me im neutral, but when i try to heal ppl Imperial or Rebel it always says "It unwise to heal sutch a patient".

How can i pas this? Because i think as a Doctor i Should help evryone. Rebel or Imperials. (I like the sounds of that. A doctor with the sense of duty! LOL)

Welcome to the Empire. Perhaps you think you can get away with healing those who are overtly members of the Rebel Alliance or the Empire, but Imeprial Law prohibits and will prosecute to the greatest possible extent any healer would provide any form of aid or sustencance to members of the Rebel Alliance. By the same token overtly declared members of the Empire have their own healers well-versed in proper Impreial doctrine and under no circumstances is an overt member of the Empire allowed to be healed by such an obviously non-aligned citizen. Where will the Empire put their trust? Certainly not in those who will not declare definitevely their true allegiance.

How does that work as a gameplay reason why you can't heal Overts as a Neutral?

Ok I got you but i will remain neutral because i think the mather of life and Death should not have a side. So I will help any Rebel or imperial if they are not overt.

Really, your ability to heal is improved by picking a covert side.

If you're covert you can heal more people. I know, I didn't want to do it either. But being able to heal people with TEF's and heal them while they're on faction missions is worth it.

Just go to a planet that is dominated by one faction, Naboo is pretty much all Imp, Corellia, is mostly Rebel, etc... and declare covert under that faction. You'll be able to heal more people. And that's what it's really about isn't it?

And props to our new doctor correspondent who posted above me. It's nice to know he's got a sense of humor.

I've no problem with not being able to heal overts. It's not being able to heal the coverts that I have a problem with. They've got no symbol floating over their head to say that they're Imp or Reb. Why should I be prevented from healing them?

That's a bug that needs to be seriously squashed and fast.

As a Neutral doctor I have a problem with not being able to be a Merc Doc. I have had several people offer me 15k+half of bounty to go with them on mission or quest. And I had to turn down some due to the fact that they wereon one side or the other. Imp, Rebel does not matter to me, I care not, Creds.....Now there is something that grabs my attention. You have bounty hunter that can take down either side, Entertainers who can heal mind wounds no matter what faction, why as a Doctor I am being restricted. My meds work just the same as the Imps or Rebel and in some cases' better, and I know cause I have bought some meds from both sides just to see if there was a difference. So if some Imp breaks orders and comes to me, or a Rebel finds his way into my medical Bay I have to turn them away, not willingly but none the less I do. I shouldn't have that kinda restriction on me.
