Can any1 tell me what each of the components actually helps? or a ite where i could find this info. i continually change the charges and power of my ABEC's yet the effectiveness remains the same when i make the buff. Also another quick question r buff stats totally random bcuz my enhance heal when i make the buff says 777 but when i buff sometimes i get 2.4k and sometimes i get 700 which is below the actually enhance thing. I knw tht the resources affect the buffs and how good they r but when u make them does it set up a range for the buff to be randomized in or is there a way to buff for 2.4k every time?
