Thread: D Level Buff Cost
Hey fellow Doctors. This seems like such a basic question, but after 15 minutes of searching I have not found my answer so I'm starting this thread. I apologize for any duplication.
I'm basically a field doctor. 99% of the time my buffs are applied my guild members or my hunting party members free of charge. For the former, I consider it my duty to my PA. The latter, well, the longer they stay alive the longer I will.
However, if I want to plop myself down on Lok in the med center, what is a fair price to ask for when someone asks for a buff?
At this point I'm guessing that it'd be something like 1K per stat or 5K for all 6 stats.
What is a fair price? I don't want to undercut the market, and I don't want to look like a greedy jerk.
Thanks,
Zibeon

As for me, I charge 1k for health or action, 4k for the whole package, and I refund 500 credits for any stat that does not get at least a 1k enhance. I get plenty of customers, andI even have people come to me from other planets for my buffs. I use advanced components whenever possible, and my ABECs have been experimented for max charges. For my regulars, I sometimes give a price break, as I have over 1.25 million credits, so no need to worry about cash for a while.
When I'm bored and I'm standing outside of the Lok Shuttle, I sometimes sell buffs.
My pricing is simple. 5k for all 6. (I don't do singles anymore as it breaks up packs that all have the same number of charges) I also refund 500 for every buff that hits for less then +1000.
It's simple and it works. Now I wish I could charge people an extra 500 for every buff over +2000. =)
I play on Eclipse.
I charge 500c minimum per stat, that 3k for all stat. That right my tell say "Sellig buff stating at 500c per stat". Most people give me more (generally 5k)
My first set of D buffs wern't great, so I sell them for 500 per stat or 2500 total and if I feel like they are too low of a buff, I give back 500 for that one. From that batch, I get no more than 2,000 increase while the lows might hit 600 range.
My new set of D buffs do about 1k to 2600, those will be priced at 1k per stat or 5k total, but have yet to sell them since I want to get rid of the older stuff.
