Doctors should be able to make Smelling Salts, to wake up Incapacitated players, instead of healing them and watching them hop right up...

Makes sense in RL, if you just got knocked out by someone, if I walked up to you and pumped your arm full of something, its not gonna make you hop up full-strength again...

Leave it to where you can be healed when you get incapacitated, but you dont stand right up while being healed, you either hafta wait out the incap or have someone use Smelling Salts.

Also, the Salts should be able to be used by anyone, not just a medical profession... it would make doctors more useful in crafting, other than cranking out Stim B's for the masses.

Any more ideas to go along with this?
