power 18 and charges 13, whats the max i can get from it, and whats the formula to get the results.

It really depends on the OQ/PE of the Lokian Wheat and the OQ/UT of the Tatooinian Fiberplast. Plus you should really go the other way and experiment all the way on charges, the extra power just isnt worth it and can easily be made up for with a good ALS or ACDRM.

I think the best abec I got was a 21/13.

That will give you about 41-42 charges on a Stim B.

22 charge 14 power for me as well -- with 2 amazing successes. I still prefer 24/10s for stims though, since who really wants 4 points of power instead of 2 more charges... My fiberplast is like 960 oq, 980 ut; wheat is about 950 oq, 500-ish pe.

For enhances I experiment them a little more to power -- it was the only way to break 900 with the resources available on my server. The psychological difference between an 894 power enhance and a 901 power version seems fairly significant -- plus I like to be able to say I have 900 power packs .
