Thread: ZARLOR PLEASE HELP THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SERIOUS BUGS IN THE GAME
Ok I got doc buffs, then got disconnected and "server loading" message... I'm sure a lot of people know what happens next. Enhancements GONE and the message to the doc that "this person already has enhancement to this attribute" or whatever the verbage is.
Anyway, on other toons I would just have the doc or someone else D/B me and have the doc res me and rebuff me, but u can't do that with a JEDI or u lose a life. I've logged him off for over 45 **edit**ING minutes and still the same message!
How long do I need to be logged off to get this bug off of me??? This is a SERIOUS bug and has been for a LONG LONG TIME!!!!
WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED!!! How hard is it for the server to recognize that your stats are at normal levels when it can recognize EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

I have a master doc and I've had to kill people and res them countless times to rebuff them.
First, as mentioned, I'm no longer the Doc Corre. Talk to Traigus for that.
Second, you really don't need to put our names in the titles of a post, we'll read them anyway. It's what we're supposed to do.
Third, it does look like it's moving into the Top 5 this time, at least. So I think 2 of the Top 5 issues will be related to problems with Enhance packs (thankfully, since I think they belong there as well.)
And finally, and here's the worst part, this was fixed once. About 4 publishes ago, if I remember correctly, when we got our first big Enhance fix in they fixed this one. The very next publish, though, it cam back and we've had it ever since. I gotta agree that I think it's rather ludicrous that something that was previously fixed still hasn't gotten fixed back again.
There is one thread stickied up top called VOTE! Doctor Top 10 (Started 12/01/2003).
I beleive the directions are right in there, but at any rate you just look at the list and list which 10 issues you think are the most important, in order.
For example:
- 1
- 10
- 99
- 345
- 23
- 28
- 2
- 7
- 92
- 3
That's all there is to it. (And since there are only 25 issues on the current voting list, that was obviously just a set of numbers I pulled out of thin air. 
)
I didn't see a straight answer, so here... the game keeps track of buff status with a variable seperate from the stats themselves. That variable stores the time on the buff left, or more likely a couple variables storing the time of buff and duration. When the bug hits your stats and you no longer have the enhanced stats, that/those variable[s] are not cleared, or so it seems. Thus, you are going to see docs getting "already enhanced" messages until that buff before would haveworn off.
This isn't a 100% correct answer, but the most logical way I can see of why this is a problem.
