Thread: 10 Point vs 12 Point doc question

I dont really want to get into a bunch of stuff but i have been a master doc on the Kettemoor server from week 2 of server last year and since i never sold public i never really cared about getting the extra 2 points from the exp process, I was wondering my current buffs are around 920 for 3 hours 20 mins which with food and clothes is about 2530 buff i think, now i know i can use the extra points to get the med usage from 91 to 90 for all the 4440 docs and such to sell with one point. But my main question is how many more charges can i expect in the bio fx with the 2 points as my packs are 21 charges only. I have heard of 30 charges packs at the same power and duration as mine my do not see how you can hit 30 charges. Any info would be super

Educated guess here, but prolly around 35 charges, providing you have focused your ABECs on charges rather than power to begin with.

Lets assume you have very good resouces. Such that you can max out the charge line of your ABECwith your 10 points. You will then be able to use your extra two points to spend on power. You will get about 3-4 extra power points.


Now you use those bec's to make buff packs. Lets assume you again have very good resouces so you can spend your 10 points on power/duration and max it out. Most 12 point docs now spend one point to drop the MU so that dable docs can use the packs. The then spend the last point to add 1 maybe 2 charges to the pack. If you wanted to just make master doc packs then you could get an additional 1-2 more charges or a total of 2-4.


So all together in a buff pack the 2 extra points result in:

3-4 more power

1-2 more charges or 2-4

lower MU to 89


The biggest bank for your buck is to get 1 extra point to lower the MU if you plan to sell packs. or to add one or two charges if you just plan to make them for yourself. That second point costs about 5 x more than the first one.


Also, your getting low charges most likely due to your exp the bec's on power. I strongly suggest exp the charges instead.

im not really to sure as a wookie since the start of the game and being a doc/cm getting any exep + is vary hard on my server.most tapes are allready in clothing that people sell ( 90 %) not for wookies . crafting apron( wookies cant use ) ./chem 4 hasnt spawned in over 6 months so im useing oq 670 pe 400+ most i can get is 833 base 3 hr buffs all i can say is dont be a wookie sony hates them

yeah im old school and always max out the powers first.I see that now with some stuff i tried with stim b's i was getting 475 heal 32 charges now i get about 450ish at 39 charges, not off to grab some seas for those 2 points.........I guess I never really thought of maxing out the charges on my Bio Fx, from a sales Point of view i see where this is useful ty all


I guess my 920 enhance will turn into a tad lower buff, I just hope it stays over 900. Thats a great selling point for others to see
