Not sure, but it's not an issue on B packs. I don't know about on your server, but the quality on the resources for C are not that good right now. I can make better B packs atm.

hehe, my resources are quite good actually, wild corn is at 999oq for example. Just wondering about these differnt expiermintation's.

There is plenty of threads on potency and cost, I am just looking into information on absorption and what role it plays, since it is there.

I was told it works like Mitigation does 3 to 5 are common they say takes 3 to 6 points to change +1 absorb so it would mitigate a 400 posin to ? i don't know

if you have a poison resist buff with, say 100 for an absoprtion value, and you get hit with a poison that does 400 damage per tick, you will only take 300 dammage per tick.
or something like that

Ermm, 100 for absorption?. Not happening, good ones I have seen are 8 or so? Any way to get a clerification on this Agent?

ive never made one, but it works something like that
maybe its a percentage i dunno

From what i've read...it's been tested out to be a percentage damage reduction per tick. I believe someone had mentioned that the max possible is 25%. On some poison resist C's i've made....the initial assembly was 5% absorbtion at 20% experimentation with the max possible for the resources i used 19% absorbtion at 77% experimentation.
Some other things i'veread ....
If you have a resist buff of 100 and a potency of 100, the chance for the dot to stick is 50%.
The max resist (for B's) i've read to be around 200 or 250 if enhanced with janta blood.
With the resources i have i can easily get resist of 150 or higher after maxing out for either time or absorbtion. Themax resistI can get with the resources i have is194 at 77% experimentation on the B's.
My experience with DOTs comes as a pikeman. For us, the consensus is that a DOT of 50% or more is good and will tend to stick on the first hit. In testing my 80% potency pike against a 150 ish poison buff....i couldnt get the dot to stick on 15-20 tries. I'm guessing that 80% translates numerically to a potency of 80....in which case my actual chance to land would be around 34% (which translates to the dot wont stick). Seeing as how CMs can get their potency up around 200-300, the numbers still plays in their favor where the 50/50 chance usually means they can stick their dots on. There's not much to fear from pikeman poison dots. ( Beware the fire ones though ...hehe )

Max resist on a B is about 250 I believe, I have made packs in the 230+ range. Though I understand anything beyond 225 is useless as the system caps the resist at that point.
I managed to get my Poison C's up to the same level as my B's, resist/duration with a 6% absorbtion.
