Congrats on your new title!
As for buffing macros - there are 2 styles: single patient, and unattended buff-bot. I am assuming that you are refering to the first (single patient). If you are looking for a buff-bot macro, please search the forum, there are examples out there that work pretty well.
I actually have 2 macros setup for buffing single patients. The first one has no pauses in it. I use it when I'm buffing someone after I have taken havla (eliminates the recover time between healenhance commands but only lasts for about 2 buff patients):
/healenhance health;
/healenhance strength;
/healenhance constitution;
/healenhance action;
/healenhance quickness;
/healenhance stamina;
/thank;
The second one includes the required pause to wait for the recovery time:
/healenhance health;
/pause 17;
/healenhance strength;
/pause 17;
/healenhance constitution;
/pause 17;
/healenhance action;
/pause 17;
/healenhance quickness;
/pause 17;
/healenhance stamina;
/thank;
I believe the 17 second pause is appropriate for a master doctor (working from memory).

Where you are buffing at also affects the pause. In coronet i can have a 15 sec pause, where as at the Mining Outpost on Dantooine it has to be a 18-20 sec pause because of lag. I mainly use the 2nd version of the macro that he posted because Halva isnt really worth the effort of taking it.

YAY I hit master doc 2 days ago. Buffing macro are complicated. Can Someone Post here theres. I havent been able to find one anywhere. Thanks.......................

Well, after quite a bit of grinding, I should master doc tonight. Mainly did it to buff my other character and possibly guild mates. However, I have yet to find a medical droid after looking at quite a few droid vendors. Therefore, I thought I would throw it out here. Does anyone know where I can find a 110% droid with storage and crafting?

Move to the Chilastra server...there are over30 various models of 110 / Crafter droids on my vendor

I know a great droid vendor on Valcyn, but that won't help you much. 
I suggest asking in your Galaxy forum, and hope a DE sees it. Otherwise ask the other docs while in game, and see if they can refer you to someone. Good luck, and congrats! Hope it didn't take you too long.

I guess I should move to Chilastra too and join TGI, and just make it so all the medical correspondents are from the same guild/server....
