yes but that would mean that jedi wern't 1.5 times more powerfull then us... and would theirin ruin the game...
but seriously... would be cool to have... would also make more master doc's if put in master box...

The opposite of Snare.
you mean force run and force run works just like burstrun and they cant be stacked.
After all, juice that makes your fingers twitch faster (?) should make your legs quicker too.
Yeah. Make an "Advanced Adrenaline Boost" that gives +Movement Speed. Non-stackable.

If there's a resist for mezzes then you have to make them a full duration, unbreakable by damage skills. Their short durations and breakability are your equivilent to resists in addition to their lack of damage when applied.
Oh and if you make a burst run kind of buff you start intruding on Squad leader abilities. Unless it stacks their "retreat" ability loses more utility. Those guys need all they can get at this point and their rarity is not a reason to disregard them.Their raritybased on their alreadypoor overall utility.

Is there a reason two prof can not be able to apply a movement buff? I mean, doc's and CM both have rez, for example. They could simply have different properties. For example, a SL skill is at BR speed and can be applied to the whole group at once. While a doc's skill could only be applied to one patient at a time and be slower than BR but last longer.
