Is there anyway to increase heals/buffs at 4004 doc?

The strength of buffs are capped, modifiers only increase duration.

You can increase the strength of heals by using Healing Efficiencymodifiers (BE clothes,HE tapes,food/drink) or by using an enhancer (Bacta Jab and Infuse only) or by using a droid with a medical module. At your level, you will see the greatest improvement with a medical droid or Bacta Jab enhancers.

for amazing heals, get +17-25 HE clothing, then some HE tapes on armor or clothes (depends if you are TKM), and there is also food up to +40 HE. also, if you can sneak in a droid youll do amazing
