It helps cures which are things like bandages and poison and diesease cures. It really only important when in pvp against a MCM otherwise we don't get poisoned or stat affected enough to make use of it. Since a mob labeled "poisonous or dieasesedsomething" doesn't actually poison you ormake you sickin this game.

cure eff. increases wound healing. with my +25 cure eff. BE clothing i heal for upto 90 wounds per heal (without its upto 80 wounds).

Anyone know. I looted a +11 tape and was wondering what it did.
