Thread: Fight for your profession DAMNIT
allright, so buff timers are borked, and rez timers are borked as well. problems with armor, etc... a whole list of bugs in the patch. so Q-3PO made a post asking for your comments on whats broke now, so everyone GO THERE AND TELL THEM:
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=Developers&message.id=3881&view=by_date_ascending&page=1
if you dont get up and fight for your profession you'll never get obvious problems like this fixed. so go raise hell and then come back here to bitch. I want to see each and every one of you docs posting on that forum saying what you found is broke.
wait, what's wrong with timers and rez? I wasn't able to get in last night to check the outcome of the big patch.
What happened?
Patch is pretty seriously borked.
It turned to the darkside, somewhere between TC and live.
Please post incorrect patch notes, and NEW bugs both in Q's thread and in the appropriate profession forum. Also please confirm bugs other people post (check to see if they are real).
Q and Correspondents are collecting all the new bug threads, patch note issues, and any outright weirdness. The more rational info we all have, the faster everything can get fixed.

Actually the buff timer not being removed after cloning is very similiar to the original bug with enhancement packs. Which was fixed in a previous patch. Even before the latest patch if you your booted from the game andlogged back in your buffs where gone but the timer remained.
There are alot of issues to be addressed with this patch, we should allow SOE a couple days to sort this all out. Looks like there up to their eyeballs in manure.

You know what's annoying? When I can find 50 threads about a nerf or change, and not one single **edit** thread actually says what the nerf or change actually IS.
I know. I think that the frustrating thing is that most of us wanted to get online last night to play with the patch but couldn't because of server instability. Now, most of us are at work, and only a few people are online. Those people who are playing now aren't reading the boards, so they aren't reporting issues or giving feedback here.
I would suspect that once most of us are able to play tonight, we'll all be trying to verify these issues and you'll see a lot more screaming late tonight or tomorrow about our stealth changes that broke our abilities.
