I'm new at doctoring and have some basic questions about buffs. "Can you buff the same stat multiple times?", and such. Thanks

You can check the FAQ for all sorts of stuff about being a doctor.

And no, you can't buff the same stat more than once. You can buff it once and can't buff it again until it wears off or is removed via death.
