ok it seems my.. stim C's can't be used anywhere
and
I can keep healing myself even after i have full health it doesn't do anything sept use up my mind and my med packs

Yup, its a bug they got rid of them put back in. The'll be working hard for the next 30 days to take it back out again, then in , then out, job security
