OK, I have been a Rebel Master Doctor
And now I'm a neutral Master Doctor...
I kinda have the faction/TEF thing understood...
But I have an ALT-Char that I have fight along side me (with a very sweet and complicated macro btw
)
Now I KNOW my ALT CHAR is neutral and I am neutral...
A group of like 10 of us were fighting a giant dune kimo and I was getting messages left and right that "It would be unwise to help such a patient" when I went to drag peoples corpses...
I figured they were rebel or imp or something, no big deal.
But I went to drag my neutral ALT char and I got the same message! A neutral cant drag a neutral?
Maybe I had a TEF? But I didnt see a flag near ANYONES name in my group OR on my Doctor.
Any ideas?

Only the person with the TEF will see a flag beside their name. No one else can see the flag.If you can't drag someone that's not overtand doesn't havea TEF then that sounds like you're bugged.

I ran into this a while ago at the Geo caves. As a neutral I wasn't permitted to drag *anybody* no matter their faction. Luckily only one person died so I just took to tossing area stims on him whenever he needed it and it worked out well.

I too have experienced this problem. The other day my PA went on a Krayt hunt and I couldn't drag anyone in the party. I'm neutral, and no one was overt at all.
I really wish they would fix this, it's become one of my top frustrations when I'm trying to support a large group....

I haven't had a problem with this since about a month after launch...sounds like an old bug has decided to crop up again.
