Thread: Crafting: Should I wait, or go ahead and go for it?
I say craft away, best way to know the in's and out's of the crafting is to get the feel of the many subcomponents (ABEC, ALS, etc).
Also get the feel for the various stats that will ultimately produce a very well made stim (oq, ut, pe, dr), etc.
I would start out with crafting stims, perhaps stim b sell pretty well, but then again most people only buy the very best. Pay attention to the http://www.iootnega.com/medresources/default.aspsite with the various spawns of doctors resources. Start collecting and in time you will be crafting decent medical supplies, good luck on your endeavors.
15 rating are highest on tools and 45 rating on stations are max, dont forget +25 med clothing, bivoli food, and 110 rating droid for buffing.

Buy 2 harvesters, 1 medium flora and 1 medium chemical. Use swgcraft.com to start pulling up decent stuff in spawn on your server right now. Try to find stuff thats only been in shift a couple days. If nothing meets those criteria, just be patient until something does.
Use the bazaar. At least on Eclipse many 800/800 resources can be had for 2-3 cpu on the bazaar. Search plant or galaxy wide and try to find a few stacks that add up to say 6 or so k. An organic and inorganic for crafting.
I agree that stim B's are the best place to start. Don't make them with advanced components, you don't have the captial right now to do it. Instead make good basic components and market them as inexpensive stims, not the best but a value.
One exception to the adv. components rule, do make adv. liquid suspensions. They add a lot of power for only 12 units of resources.
Uhh, find a buddy. I craft very closely with 6 master doctors and help 20 track resources. Perhaps there is someone like that on your server? Look around for someone who will help you start your business, an experienced doctor. Don't let them boss you around though :-) Look for a helpful person.
