I'm pretty sure you would need +10, but don't quote me on that. =D That is using my semi-unintelligence.

You need +10, but a med apron is a good way to account for 5 of that.

you need 10 to get one extra point. Price vs Quality it is not worth it. So paying 10 + million to get 10 points is not worth it.
