Can cure no matter what states you have. Only time you can't cure is when you are kd pretty much and the obvious when you are incappacitated or dead lol.

Is there any state that prevents you from healing poisin or disease? Example, when im Dizzy I can't burst run? I can't burst run until the dizzy wears off. So my question is what state prevents you from curing poisin, or can you cure poisin no matter what?
