Thread: Can I prevent a player from cloning?

Ok, I'm sure this question has been asked a hundred times and that someones probably gonna respond with a thread, but my search yieldedzero clarity on the subject. And I know theres a raging debate about how CMs should have this ability. But, there's revive the command and something called and rescusciation kit. Can novice doctor's w/o the revive command recsucitate a player in the field with a rescusciation kitas long as the med use is within my limits (@55). I'm a CM and I'd be willing to buy res. kits and spend the pts on novice doc if I can use them, because it is the number one question players ask of me in the field. I get sick of saying 'nope' and waiting 20-30 mins for them to run back from the cloning facility. [A nice 6k m from Mos Entha to Fort Tusken]. I wouldn't mind using xp to get Doc skills up, but I'd prefer to save it for CH and Pistoleer.

Yes, you can buy the rez kit to revive dead players, and alot of them require Noivce Doctor med skill to use (around 55). But to actually gain the 'ability' or function to use the rez kit you need the 'revive' skill, which you need Master Wound Treatment to get.
It makes doctors VERY handy to have in a group ![]()

In order to revive a player, you MUST have Master Wound Treatment from the Doctor Skills as well as a Revive Kit.

YouCAN NOT revive a player just as a Novice doctor. As vortexala pointed out, you must have the Master Wound Treatment skill.
