I dunno if anyone else knew this, but obviously it took me 4.5 months to figure this out...after chatting briefly with a PA mate of mine, I found out that you do not need Artisan/Buisness III to run a vendor...only to place it. So hence, all I had to do all along to get a silly vendor was drop my current scout skills (briefly), get artisan, grind 4.5k crafting exp, then voila, my hospital now has a vendor. I'm gonna drop the skills soon to get back Scout / Exp I / possibly Survival I, but yeah....I never knew this until now
(hopefully it is true because I don't want for all of my nice meds to go to waste
)

once the vendor is place no need to keep the skill to kep vendor on house right?

That has been confirmed as a bug, actually. But a really hard one to fix. So that's cools for now and it will work, but I wouldn't start to rely on that because eventually it may go away.

just wait till they decide to "fix" that, youll probably end up either loosing it all, or not being able to access it till you get the appropriate artisan/merchant skill
