Heya..
Im a Master Combat MEdic atm.. considdering raising doc skills to 0244(or maybe even 0444).. as i looked over the doc skills and so i noticed that u have no skill that directly increases ur buffing abilities(like injury enhances heals for a base Medic)... then i heard a guy talk about wound treatment makes ur buffs go higher..
So... was wondering if any can tell facts about it?.. have any tryed testing it with BE enhanced cloth maybe?.. And finally.. how much do u guys estimate a 0244/0444 doc to be able to buff averange ?
Regards

Buffing is a Wound Healing action, and as such is directly affected by your Wound Treatment skill.

A Master Doc can only buff slightly better than a 0240 Doc - which is **edit** nice. Your buffs will be mostly indistinguishable from that of a Master doc. I wouldn't bother too much with the crafting though unless you plan on going to Master, because you won't be able to make top end stuff without it. *shrug* but that's just me

you don't seriously think that do you?
i guarantee my buffs (self made) are better than any Doc that's only 0/2/4/0

Yeah that can't be true since 0-2-0-0 is like +35 wound treatment, then you get +15 for 0-3-0-0, +25 for 0-4-0-0, and then another +25 at master doctor bringing it to +100 (I think thats the total: http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/skillmods.html?swgskillmod=47).
So you'd be doing buffs with a bonus of 35% compared to a master doc who can buff with a bonus of 100% (add on 25% for the BE clothing).
I'm not a master yet, but thats how I understood the profession tree and what I'm using when deciding which tree to master first (I can now revive yay!).
