You've got it backwards. It doesn't matter what type of resources you use, it's all about the quality of those resources. You want to know what's best? Just look at the attributes.

Like the man said, check out the FAQ. There is no situation in which you will ahve both and organic and an inorganic that has both UT and PE on both resources. Doubling up on PE or UT can be done, but chances are that may actually make your final product worse. I think mcglonec has the formula down pat on the FAQ to explain the details.

Careful Zarlor - many people make the mistake of using liquid petro or solid petro as a component because it has PE. You can make items with with both OQ and PE in each, but then you'll have nothing to contribute any UT and your end result will not be very good in most cases. If you have a high OQ and PE organic, don't ever bother to use a PE inorg - it is never worth it in the current formulas.

I was just responding to the second sentence above. There are situations where u can have both OQ and PE on an org and an inorg...if you use radioactives or petro fuels as your inorg.

No, no. The statement is that ther is no situation in which you can have BOTH organic and inorganic with BOTH a PE and UT on BOTH resources.

No organic has bothPE & UT.

No Inorganic has bothPE & UT.

Which is what I was saying, but I guess it was confusing or something.

Doh! Yeah, UT & PE. (That font size is painful, btw.) Been answering a lot of crafting questions lately.
