Im wanting to drop master doctor and only keep 4000 to cure dots as im mostly a pvp player. The best Blanket i can make is 56 required med use and 240 power. Im not sure if its my resources (24% exp on power and ease of use) or if its actualy capped at 56 like how stim c's and d's are capped.

If anyone has/can make one 55 or under so they can be used at doc 4000 please let me know. Otherwise ill just keep looking for better resources tomake them.

and since when are stims capped at med use ?

you cant make a stim c 20 or under or a stimD 30 or under

so you ahve to have 0030 for c and 0040 medic for d

could be wrong but i dont think so. I used resources that gave me 29% ease of use exp value
