Im a non-doc hoping to go for doc soon, but can anybody tell me what the medicine use is on the worst possible buff packs (A Packs)?

i believe u can use those at novice doc. but you cant use them before no matter what because you dont have the /enhance command till then

Must be doc 0/2/0/0 to use buffs of any kinda, at that point your med use is 55. Buff pack A's require med use 57 i believe, i'm not ingame to check the schematic but i think my memory is right. To make a full set of buff A's you need to be doc 0/0/0/2 and to use them, doc 0/0/1/0. So to do what you want, and if you want to craft them yourself, you need to be doc 0/2/1/2. Sorry for the lengthy answer.
