Hi read all the other posts(after this happened) and i didnt see a way of getting it to wear off once its occurred... is there any known way of getting able to heal again?

According to TH's post about live "issues" it will be fixed on tuesday.

Yep. It appears that your toon must leave the gameworld for you to be able to heal again.
