If you are a M.Doc and aren't seeking the old man, there's now a bunch of people(VillageDwellers)at the Science Outpost on Dathomir who would gladly pay for buffs(myself included).

/checkforcestatus
tells you your progress (best is "glowing") towards getting visited by the old man and granted access to the force sensitive village.

What server, or are all servers in need of buffers on Dath?
I will log Immollatus at Science for buffing, so when my main is not seeking the old man, I can buff all you village people.

Think of the first two star wars films.
In the first film Luke only heres OB1's voice due to his lack of understanding and training in the force (We can't hear voices in the game, only the ones in my head 
)
) Then in the second game he can see OB1 with Yoda when he has had more training and is ready to become a Padawan. In this case I considor Ben to be the old man so simply put once you've done enough of the game and you have a better grasp in the ways of the force you will see the old man who will guid and instruct on how to run and hide from Bounty Hunters
